Y.O.M.C. Mastermind Martin Roth discovered his own Music in a very early stage by taking piano lessons. Those lessons were a nightmare to Martin in the beginning but became a forming passion later. "Today I know that these ´so hated` piano lessons were important steps for my career today" says Martin, "it is way easier for me, to create my own style, with the basic know how in the background".

Martin, who was born in Darmstadt (close to Frankfurt, Germany) has released his first single ‘Virtual Atmosfear - Virtual Dreams’ in 1995, which was placed in all important DJ Sets. With the trust of Frankfurts Technolabels, Martin was able to create new projects like Y.O.M.C. or M-Traxx and became known way outside of Frankfurt. Even in foreign countries he built up his reputation as a high requested Live Act on Rave and Clubs.

In all those Years, Martin has met many friends during his tourings across the Country, so he came in touch with Ulli Brenner (chapter&page), Kai Tracid and DJ Wag... Together with DJ Wag he has developed the Sound of "DJ Wag" and "Yakooza". beside his co-project "DJ Overdog" he will now put full power into his own Project "Y.O.M.C."

Martin appeared often in different Radio Shows in Germany and Suisse on the stations of e.g. Radio Sunshine Live or Radio RPR Maximal. Also many articles on print-media (Techno-zines) or Internet Magazines…
