Mattie C is an exciting Uplifting Hard Trance and Techno DJ currently making all the right noises in London and surrounding areas.
DJing for over 6 years but making his first appearance on the scene in May 2002, when with the aid of his friend (Mad Phil) they started up the ever popular underground party "Swamp" @ Club 414 in Brixton. In only a short time on the scene, promoters far and wide have noticed Mattie's ear for a tune and seamless mixing ability. He is also infamous for his antics on the other side of the decks but that is another story.

Now almost two years on from his debut his party's reputation has grown as much as his own skills, and he is a resident at Swamp, the System ¥€$ (Free Parties), Organic, and for Just Groove @ Club 414

Guest appearances have seen him play at some of London's best parties including Milk, Smile, X-Static, Re-Generate, Zoology, Sunnyside Up, Oblivion and The Gathering. He plays at a wide variety of venues including Bagley's, The Fridge, The Viaduct (Fire Club), Scala and of course his second home, Club 414. He is also one of few London based DJs starting to make his mark outside of London with sets in Brighton, Hastings, Plymouth, Cheltenham and The Guilford Festival - and with many more in the pipeline.

As well as running Hooked on Records, he hosts a weekly online radio show on Sundays for London Live and Direct. Well respected wherever he goes, he and his parties are receiving rave reviews in publications like Mixmag and several online of the top sites like Harderfaster

If that wasn't enough he has also been bitten by the production bug and is currently working on some solo projects and a few collaborations with some of London's finest talent.
