Michele burst onto the electronic music scene with Shpongle's Tales of the Inexpressible in 2001. Previous to that she sang with the jazz band Soft Winds in Switzerland. Michele obtained some UK chart success with Love Washes Over with The Art of Trance in 2002 reaching number 12 in the UK dance chart and 7 in the BBC Inde chart. Michele has also released tracks on various electronica compilations including the Backroom Beats and Unusual Suspects series with Twisted Records of London. Michele made her debut appearance at the base of Mount Fuji to 8000 people with Shpongle and has since collaborated with many diverse producers; making funk with Benji Vaughan, electronica with Younger Brother and Zen Lemonade, ambient chillage with the Egg and JViewz, psy-breakbeat with Violet Vision, freestyle psychotronica with Infected Mushroom, trance with the forerunners of the psy scene, nu reggae with the cream of Devonshire, house and pop with Badfellas and various other projects that will be on her upcoming album.
Michele recently received a gold disc for her work with Infected Mushroom, with sales of over 25,000 in the first few months of release in Israel alone.
Michele also DJ's and performs live, spreading her music at festivals such as the Samothraki Dance Festival and the Shantipi in Israel, as well as playing around the world at venues such as the Q Club of Be'er Sheva and Astral Phoenix nights in UK. Her recent works in Israel have been widely played on Hebrew radio stations Galgalatz and Radio BU in Tel Aviv.
