Eduardo (Brazil) Electro Set started djing professionally in 1987 in Porto Alegre, Brazil, where he was resident for such important clubs as Bunker 94 club (Rio de Janeiro), X Demente party (Rio de Janeiro), Ibiza club (Rio Grande do Sul), Club Ave Porco (Buenos Aires), Vibe Club (Curitiba), Club Nova (Rio de Janeiro), Club Venue (S.Leopoldo), Bar Ocidente (Porto Alegre) and Neo Club (Porto Alegre) always playing underground dance music, from house to techno and trance.
He had his own radio show “Dancin’ Express” for over five years at FM Pop Rock radio station. This was the first radio show to play underground dance music in Southern Brazil, and led to him moving to another bigger regional station, which helped him expand his already large fan base.
He's the founder of Mix Bazaar, a southern Brazilian weekend festival of fashion, arts and electronic music that attracts around 20 000 people per event and has been thrown for over ten years, at least 5 times a year.
Eduardo moved to London in 2002 to embark on the Point Blank studios music production course. He now plays regularly for big events and clubs such as Frantic, Heat, Logic, Riot, Tasty, Antiworld and Kinky Mambo. Having built up a huge fan base in London with the aid of promoter Maria Teixeira, together they use this database to promote the parties he plays at. 2005 and 2006 have been a spectacular fashion with Eduardo’s bookings. On the NYD 05 he played in the main room of Koko (formerly Camden Palace) for Frantic, then in February he was the first south American DJ to play in the main room of Brixton Academy for “Hard House Academy”. He also continued studying and getting further stuck into production indeed, the track he made when he was home in Brazil in April 2004 with label BR909’s Rafael Araujo and Ilan Kriger - Calango, is presently being played all over Brazil and another track produced by him and mixed with D’Marr Ford - Eu Gosto Tanto de Voce (I Like You So Much). Recently Eduardo produced the remix of a Brazilian group called “Cansei de ser sexy”.
